DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
The recommended dosage depends on your cholesterol levels in mmol/l:
Above 4.9: Take 2 capsules, after a meal.
Above 5.9: Take 3 capsules, after a meal.
Above 6.9: Take 4 capsules, after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
