Shipping and returns

Standard delivery is free for orders of R400 or more. Orders below R400 are charged the delivery fee shown at checkout.

Delivery timing

Orders are normally packed within 1 to 2 business days after payment clears. Major centres are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, while regional areas can take longer.

Returns

Unopened, unused, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened supplements cannot usually be returned for change of mind because they are ingestible health products. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items should be reported within 48 hours.
