Vivid Health is operated by Interlife Wholesalers (Pty) Ltd (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), Reg. No. 2020/123456/07, with its registered address at Cnr Galway & Kilkenny Road, Hennopspark, Centurion, 0157, South Africa. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through vividhealthsa.co.za and our Onelife retail stores (Centurion, Glen Village, Edenvale), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website regarding information they share and/or which we collect via the website. It is not applicable to information collected offline or via channels other than this website, except where expressly stated.
Consent
By using our website, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information we collect
The personal information you are asked to provide, and the reasons we ask for it, are made clear at the point we ask you to provide it.
When you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as your name, email, phone number, the contents of your message and any attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
When you register for an account, we may ask for contact information including name, address, email, and telephone number.
When you place an order, we collect billing and delivery information, payment details (processed by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers), and order history.
When you browse the site, we collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, products viewed, device type) via cookies and analytics tools to improve the site.

vividhealthsa.co.za follows the standard practice of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. Vivid Health's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party services for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.
POPIA rights (your rights under South African law)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013, you have the right to:
- Be informed — about what personal data we hold about you and why.
- Access — request a copy of your personal data, free of charge, within a reasonable time.
- Correction — fix anything that is incorrect or out of date.
- Deletion — be forgotten, subject to legal retention requirements for tax and audit records.
- Object — to direct marketing (one-click unsubscribe in every email) or to processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Complain — to the Information Regulator if you are not satisfied with how we handled your request.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vividhealthsa.co.za with proof of identity (a clear photo of your ID document alongside your face is sufficient). We respond within 7 business days.
CCPA privacy rights (California consumers)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: request that we disclose what categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you; request deletion of personal data; and opt out of the sale of your personal data. We do not sell personal data. To make any of these requests, email privacy@vividhealthsa.co.za.
GDPR data protection rights (EU/UK visitors)
If you are based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the same access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection rights as our POPIA rights above, exercised under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Email privacy@vividhealthsa.co.za.
Children's information
Protecting the privacy of children is a special priority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our site, please contact us immediately and we will use our best efforts to promptly remove it from our records.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required for legal, accounting, or audit obligations. Order and tax records are retained for 5 years as required by the South African Revenue Service.
International data transfers
Some of our service providers (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google) are based outside South Africa and may process your data in jurisdictions with different privacy laws. We rely on Shopify's, Klaviyo's, and Google's contractual data protection commitments and standard contractual clauses to ensure your information is treated with the same care as it would be under POPIA.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
