How do I cancel?
Login to your account → Subscriptions → Cancel. It takes about 10 seconds. No phone call, no email, no retention pitch.
What if I'm going away for a month?
Skip the next delivery from your account. Or pause indefinitely — the subscription stays open and you can resume any time.
Can I change frequency mid-subscription?
Yes. Login and switch between monthly and every-two-months at any point. The 10% discount stays the same.
What about the bundles?
Bundles work on subscriptions too. The bundle price is already a discount — subscription stacks an additional 10% on top.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Cancel after the first delivery if you want. The whole point of membership is that you're staying because the formulation works, not because we trapped you.
How do the early-access drops work?
When we have a new formulation ready, members get a private link 7 days before public launch. We typically launch in small batches (200–500 bottles) — the early-access window is usually how all of them go.
