What it does
Artemisia — the bitterest herb in the dispensary and the second leg of the traditional cleanse trio. Beyond parasite protocols, wormwood is a classic bitter: a few drops of bitterness before meals primes the whole digestive cascade.
How to use it
1 capsule with breakfast and dinner during a cleanse cycle (commonly 2–4 weeks), usually alongside Black Walnut and Clove. Not for long-term continuous use; not in pregnancy.
