What it does
D-ribose is the sugar backbone of ATP — the energy currency itself. Hearts and muscles under strain (endurance training, chronic fatigue, post-viral recovery) burn through ATP faster than they can rebuild it; ribose shortcuts the rebuild. This is biochemistry, not a stimulant.
How to use it
One scoop (≈5 g) in water, 1–2 times daily — before and after training, or morning and midday for fatigue support. It tastes mildly sweet; it is not a table sugar substitute.
