What it does
Methylsulfonylmethane — organic sulphur, the building block your body uses for collagen cross-linking, cartilage, skin, hair, and nails. The joint-and-skin mineral almost nobody gets enough of from food, because it's destroyed by cooking.
How to use it
Capsules: 1–2 with food, twice daily. Powder: start with ½ teaspoon and build — bigger doses suit heavy training loads. Pair with vitamin C for collagen synthesis.
