What it does
Our pH-neutral vitamin C in mix-anywhere powder form. Calcium ascorbate dissolves clean in water or juice without the acid bite — and powder lets you scale the dose up smoothly during immune-challenge weeks.
How to use it
¼–½ teaspoon in water, 1–3 times daily. Spread doses through the day rather than one large hit.
