What it does
Quercetin is the flavonoid mast cells respond to — the natural histamine-stabiliser at the centre of every serious allergy stack. Our complex pairs it for absorption, because plain quercetin is poorly absorbed alone. The Highveld hay-fever workhorse.
How to use it
1 capsule twice daily with food, starting 2 weeks before pollen season. Non-drowsy — this works upstream of histamine, not on the brain.
